    Jim started working at MET since 1988. He is the expert in testing and certification for over 20 years. In 1992, Jim was promoted to Telecom Lab Director and Jim was eventually expanded to also include Manager of the Meter Accuracy Laboratory since 2005.
    Jim helped MET gain NVLAP and A2LA accreditation for Telecom testing in the MET Baltimore, Union City and Santa Clara facilities as well as A2LA and Measurement Canada accreditations for Electricity Meter compliance testing.
