David Dayton is the owner and manager of SRI. David has nearly twenty years experience working in and with Asia. He is fluent in English, Thai and Mandarin.

David is a regular presenter for Global Sources’ New Buyer Training seminars and Supplier Education program. David has been published in Euro Biz magazine, Right Sight Asia, Garden International and other trade publications and on numerous sites online including the China Economic Review and China Success Stories etc. He has been interviewed by the BBC, CBS 60 Minutes and the CBS Evening News etc.

David has a Master’s Degree in Southeast Asian Cultural Anthropology, focusing on Comparative Chinese and Thai Corporate Cultures and a BA in International Relations and East Asian History.

Eugene is a British-born Chinese. He has a PhD degree from Aston University, UK and MA degree from Oxford. Eugene has 8 years engineering experience in the UK/USA, and over 20 years experience in China working for Chinese organizations and multinational companies in the fields of technology, sales, marketing, business development and investment appraisal.

Eugene has a unique insight into the major challenges of working in a cross cultural environment. He also has extensive experience in informal training of local Chinese colleagues, as well as more formal training seminars and workshops for multinationals.
